Brian Ingoldsby of the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform gives an informal departmental perspective on the issues raised. John Handoll, a practictioner with William Fry, Solicitors, Dublin, deals with the equal treatment of migrant workers. Specific issues regarding the recognition of qualifications and third country nationals are tackled by Niamh Hyland and Nuala Mole, Director of the AIRE Centre, London, respectively.
