Public Procurement Law – Seminar Series

The annual ICEL/Eversheds Sutherland Public Procurement Law Conference took the form of an online seminar series, and took place over the course of October 2020.

The seminar series concluded with a keynote address, which took place on 20 October 2020 from 1pm to 2pm.  The keynote address was delivered by Professor Carl Baudenbacher, former President of the EFTA Court, and the title of the address was “Damages in cases of the State engaging in economic activity: from the Khedive of Egypt to Modern Public Procurement.”
