The annual ICEL procurement conference returned this year, again generously sponsored by Eversheds Sutherlands, where leading Irish and international speakers discussed the most important procurement topics, including three of the UK’s leading procurement thinkers, Sue Arrowsmith, Fionnuala McCredie QC and Abbey Semple. We were delighted to have the Hon. Mr Justice Donnell Deeny, the leading Northern Irish procurement judge, chair part of the conference.
