ICEL Members’ Committee – Practice and Procedure before the CJEU
The ICEL Members’ Committee is delighted to host a practical afternoon webinar on CJEU Practice and Procedure, which will take place in online on Thursday 10th July from 14:45 – 17:30.

This seminar is aimed at legal colleagues in professional practice: in law firms, at the Bar, in-house, working for the State, with a particular focus on practitioners who are:
- Looking to gain valuable, practical insights into the workings of the Court of Justice of the European Union
- Appearing in EU law proceedings or who are seeking to develop an EU law practice
- Briefing Counsel on EU matters
- Advising clients as to the trajectory of EU proceedings or on adopting a strategic approach to EU litigation
The seminar aims to provide practical advice, tips and information, as well as thought-provoking insights from a series of experienced speakers, including:

- Presentations from Clare Moriarty, Référendaire (Legal Clerk) to Judge Eugene Regan, Court of Justice of the European Union,
