ICEL Privacy and Data Protection Conference 2016

The legal issues around privacy and data protection are complex and controversial. With the ECJ’s judgment in the Schrems case, the new US-EU Privacy Shield and the agreement on the text of the General Data Protection Regulation, it is also a rapidly changing area of law. The line-up of speakers at this year’s conference was exceptional, representing all stakeholders in this area.
