The ICEL Members’ Committee is pleased to announce it will host an AI Evening Seminar in association with Mason Hayes & Curran in their offices on Barrow Street at 17:30 to 19:30 on Thursday 2 November 2023.

During this session, AI practitioners Labhaoise Ní Fhaoláin, Sabine Louët and Neil Brady will share their insights on the promises and perils of AI and its regulation for Ireland and the EU.

Labhaoise Ní Fhaoláin is an AI researcher at UCD and a non-practising solicitor.

Sabine Louët is founder of SciencePOD.net, a content creation solution, which provides clear, concise compelling content, related to science, medicine, innovation and technology.

Neil Brady is co-founder and CEO of CaliberAI, which provides digital tools to support publishers & platforms in detecting potentially defamatory or harmful text.

Brian McElligott, Partner & Head of AI at Mason Hayes & Curran, will moderate the discussion.
